Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Free Shipping:

• Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping!
• Local or Florida Orders: Your package will arrive within 1-2 business days.
• Out-of-State Orders: Your package can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive.
• Please note: Free shipping orders are shipped via standard shipping, not express. If you need express shipping, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Standard Shipping:

• For orders under $75, we offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $5.99 or you can express your order for $9.99
• Delivery times are the same as above.

Processing Time

• We handcraft and lovingly squeeze each bottle to ensure the highest quality, so please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order./
• Once your order is ready, it’ll be on its way to you, wrapped in bear hugs and fairy dust.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can follow your package's journey to your doorstep, just like watching a fairy tale unfold.

Local Pick-Up

• If you're nearby, and need your product asap you can save on shipping and pick up your order locally from us! Just select the local pick-up option at checkout.

International Shipping

• At this time, our website only allows us to ship within the United States. We do ship internationally and we want to spread our fairy magic to you globally! Please reach out to us at hello@thefairyselderberry.com for a quote on shipping international. All payments will be invoiced, and payment is due upon receipt. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

• We pack each order with love, but if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hello@thefairyselderberry.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible, because your happiness is our priority.

Shipping Schedule

• Remember, we're working full-time in the kitchen and also attending markets on the weekends. We don’t have time to ship out or box up orders on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. If you place an order ont the weekend, your order will be shipped the next working business day.
