We strive for your complete satisfaction with our lovingly crafted elderberry products. If there's an issue, let's sort it out. However, please note that are some guidelines due to our business's nature.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Our food and herbal supplement items are non-returnable for health reasons once opened or consumed.
  • Any tampered items are also ineligible for returns.
Eligible Returns:
  • Products must be in original, unopened packaging.
  • Damaged or defective items due to mishandling of shipping packages may be returned. within 7 business days of placing your order. Include clear images and your name and a good number to contact you.
In-Person Purchases:
We value your support at our local farmers markets and do our best to support in person purchases providing bags due to our product being glass.
