LOST ORDERS: When Our website was down for a few weeks and a backend update wiped out every order in our queue. We have no way of knowing who paid what before the reset happened. I swear on my life we aren't trying to rob anyone we just don't have the records. If you placed an order and haven't received it, contact me directly at 407-588-0050. Tell us what you ordered so Nick and I can get it on the UPS truck for you ASAP. Sorry 😔 

CARD PAYMENT & SHIPPING FIASCO: So our payment processor basically robbed us out of thousands soo...to keep the business alive, we need instant access to our funds to place orders for supplies and ingredients! So you guys aren't waiting until Christmas to get your orders.

If You Want your order fast? Pay via Zelle or Venmo! Cash is always king in person! But Payments made via Zelle or Venmo are processed instantly, which allows us to get your supplies and ship your order by the next business day.

Using a Credit/Debit Card? Please be aware that Shopify holds card payments for 7–14 days. Because of this, orders paid at checkout by card will take 3–4 weeks to ship.
