Hey friends! It is with a heart full of gratitude for your continued support, I must share an important update regarding our pickup and delivery service.
Effective immediately, we will no longer offer home pickups or deliveries. This decision has not been made lightly, and I want to provide you with the reasons behind this change:
Over the past few months, we've encountered a number of situations that have prompted us to re-evaluate how we get our elderberry products to you. While many of you guys have been gracious and appreciative, there have also been instances that were not in line with the mutual respect and appreciation that we strive for. Guys, our products are hand-crafted and poured FROM SCRATCH with care and intention – it's not watered down and we don't skimp out on any of our ingredients when we charge you $20 a bottle. With that being said, they are not mere items to be delivered by us personally and left unattended on doorsteps or to be sent to be picked up by people who could care less about elderberry let alone our products. They represent our passion, our tradition, and our commitment to quality.
As the maker and formulator of these remedies that you trust for your family's well-being, it's important for me to know that they are received with the same care in which they are created. Moreover, for the integrity and quality of our products, it's essential that they are not subjected to the unpredictable conditions of unattended delivery where I just leave the product on peoples doorsteps wide open in a bag vs it being carefully packaged in a box.
So, moving forward, all orders will need to be collected at one of our three farmers market locations or shipped directly to your home. This will ensure that our products are handled correctly and that you receive them in the best possible condition.
We understand that this might be an adjustment for some, but we assure you it is in the best interest of maintaining the quality and integrity of our products. Our market locations are buzzing with vibrant community energy, and we always love interacting with all of you guys there! Let's continue to celebrate the joy of health and community together.
